What is COR?
COR is a culinary and hospitality venture started by Chef Youssef, to share his love and passion for food with his customers and guests. We are constantly improving and working on ourselves and our services, striving to provide you with our best. A significant part of COR's identity is Egyptian, therefore throughout all our services we try to showcase the beauty and legend of that ancient and powerful cuisine.

Chef Youssef Tanios, is an Egyptian Coptic chef and hospitality connoisseur. Tanios went to University for Hospitality and F&B Management (BA). Career wise, he spent his time working in great kitchens both in Greece (where he went to hospitality and culinary school) and Chicago, USA (where he moved after to pursue the dream of becoming a great cook). Among the places Youssef worked, to establish himself, are Mykonos Social By Jason Atherton*, BOKA*, AVEC and ESME*.
